The Melton Swimming Club is an incorporated association under the Victorian Associations Incorporations Reform Act which along with the Clubs Constitution and By-Laws govern the corporate affairs of the Club.

Safe Sport
Melton Swimming Club believes that everyone needs to be treated with respect at all times. Swimming Australia have published a Code of Conduct which the Club expects every member observe at all times.
As Children are especially vulnerable Swimming Australia have worked extensively to develop a Safe Sport framework to specifically address their safety. Melton Swimming Club adhere to this framework and will not tolerate any deviation from the protections that the framework provides.
All Club officials are required to undertake regular Safe Sport training, Swimming Australia have made this training available through the Victoria University and can be found at Safe Sport Training
